Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan produk pangan yang dapat dilihat dari komponen-komponen sistem produk pangan, yaitu produksi dan juga distribusi. Hasil dari penelitina dalam mengembangkan suatu produk halal maka perlu dilakukan 3 hal ini, yaitu: Pertama, halal logistic untuk memastikan produk halal tidak terkontaminasi produk non halal pada saat proses distribusi oleh produsen. Kedua, sertifikasi halal yaitu proses sertifikasi terhadap produk atau jasa sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah Islam dan terhindar dari dari yang diharamkan oleh Allah. Ketiga, halal verification yaitu melakukan edukasi terhadap konsumen tentang pentingnya mengkonsumsi produk halal.
