Abstract

This study aims to formulate effective and sustainable strategies for managing Islamic education in the digital era, leveraging technology to support learning while addressing emerging challenges such as technological access disparities and negative content. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document studies to collect both primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques include interviews with stakeholders in Islamic educational institutions, direct observation of technology use, and analysis of relevant policies and literature. The collected data is analyzed thematically to identify patterns and relationships among variables. The findings reveal that while digital technology offers significant opportunities for more innovative learning, its implementation remains uneven, particularly between urban and rural areas. Additionally, the spread of negative content poses a serious threat to students' character development, necessitating stronger supervision and digital literacy efforts. This study also highlights the importance of collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and parents to create a safe learning ecosystem aligned with Islamic values in the digital era.
