Abstract

 

This study aims to analyze the application of financial technology (fintech) in financial management at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, Blokagung. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations of the boarding school's financial administration processes. Data analysis was conducted descriptively using content analysis techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation of fintech facilitates the tuition payment process for students' guardians, enhances the efficiency of financial management, and accelerates incoming fund flows. Students' guardians can make payments digitally without needing to visit the boarding school, saving time and effort. Moreover, financial transparency has improved as every transaction is automatically recorded in the digital platform, which simplifies financial monitoring and enables faster and more accurate financial decision-making by the school administrators.
