A This study aims to analyze the influence of internal and external factors on student learning outcomes at AL-Islam Krian High School through a POAC-based education management approach (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). This type of research is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample was determined by purposive sampling and the data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the effect of each variable on learning outcomes. The results showed that of the six variables tested, intrinsic motivation, social capital, self-esteem, learning discipline, teacher ability, and learning environment, only self-esteem had no significant effect. Teacher ability is the most dominant factor, followed by intrinsic motivation, learning environment, learning discipline, and social capital. The highest regression coefficient belongs to teacher ability (0.378), while self-esteem shows a negative effect (-0.289). POAC analysis shows that the school has actively implemented management strategies in fostering significant factors, such as teacher training, student mentoring, strengthening discipline, and developing the learning environment and social capital. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of POAC-based strategic management in improving student learning outcomes through optimizing the role of teachers, student motivation, and a supportive school environment.
