KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU DI MI DARUL ULUM SARIROGO SIDOARJO

Abstract

The research topic in this research is planning and implementing Managerial Madrasah Principals in Improving Teacher Professionalism at MI Darul Ulum Sarirogo Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study is to determine the Managerial Evaluation by the Head of Madrasah in Improving Teacher Professionalism at MI Darul Ulum Sarirogo Sidoarjo. The research method in this study. is to use descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods: observation, documentation, and interviews. The location used for this research is MI Darul Ulum Sarirogo which is located at JL. Raya Sarirogo 99B. Data analysis is directed at data reduction, synthesization, triangulation and participation extension as a check for data validity. The results of this study include: Planning carried out by the head of MI Darul Ulum Sarirogo is based on the vision, mission and goals of the school. The benefits of this study are to provide knowledge about the principal of Madrasah MI Darul Ulum Sarirogo in carrying out his duties so that it can be effective and efficient.
